 "Quality" Live
Answering: A professional representative will answer in your
company name and follow a very detailed, customized script specifically
developed for your company. Once the call has been completed, a representative
will dispatch the call using the protocol that is listed within your account
instructions. We can also after providing a live answer, transfer the caller
directly to an extension or cell phone.
 Receptionist/Help Desk Overflow: Eliminate
missed calls by allowing Rite Response to take the calls that your staff,
(receptionists, help desk, call center agents, etc.) miss, either by being on
another line, busy on a project, or away from their work area. Our
representatives will then e-mail, dispatch, fax, transfer the call to the
appropriate extension or follow what ever protocol you have in place.
 Voice Mail with Operator
Revert: A custom greeting will be recorded, (by our company or
yours, or you may upload a professionally produced greeting into our system).
The caller will hear this greeting and will be instructed to press 0 for a
representative if their call qualifies, (which will be pre-determined by you).
Once they press 0, it will transfer to a live representative.
 EXAMPLE: "Thank you for calling The Med Center;
our regular business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If you
have an urgent matter than can not wait until the next business day, please
press 0 now and a representative will assist you. If you are calling regarding
an appointment, prescription refill or a general office matter, please leave us
a message after the tone-Thank you.", (or they can be instructed to call back
during regular business hours).
 If a voice mail message is left, we can then send it
in a .WAV file format to your desktop, or you may call and retrieve it.
 Virtual Receptionist: Let
the professional representatives at Rite Response be your full time
receptionist. They will be available to take your calls 24 hours a day 7 days a
week and all holidays, (Your virtual receptionist will not need to leave for
lunches and vacations!). Let Rite Response be responsible for benefits, taxes,
and insurance so that you can focus on what you do best! We can connect the
caller directly to you no matter where you are or we can "text message" the
message to your wireless devise, voice mail the messages and/or hold them for
you until you are ready to call and retrieve them. "Virtual receptionist" can
be used in conjunction with our automated services as well.
 Voice Mail Boxes: Voice mail
boxes can be utilized alone or with numerous extensions and/or sub-boxes. If
you would like to give your caller the option of reaching a live

 Order Taking: We can take orders for you on your
web site24 hours a day, 7 days a week and process them according to your
instructions.
 Conferencing: Rite Response will gladly host
your telephone conferences.
 Appointment Setting: Through a web based program
our representatives can operate real time and assist you with or take and
manage all of your appointments providing you with an update as needed. This
program works very well in conjunction with receptionist/help desk
overflow.

Confirmation: Our professional representatives will call your
patients or customers and confirm their appointment times! Once completed they
will provide you with an update via e-mail, fax or your method of
choice.
 Pre-Qualification: For those callers
who, instead of going through a website, prefer to call and speak to a live
representative, our representatives will pre-qualify them by following custom
scripted information which has been programmed into our system, or we can enter
the information directly into your website. This program is effective for
medical research projects, as well as other programs that require
pre-qualification.
 Reservations: The professionals at Rite
Response can take all of your customer reservations or work right along with
your representatives in your web based program to assist in the process. Please
