Elizabeth Longoria (Liz), General Manager of Rite Response has 20 years experience supervising and managing people, in a call center environment along with general operations management. She is known for her respect for others, her patience, and for remaining calm and professional in the midst of challenging situations. Her philosophy on fostering camaraderie amongst the team and maintaining a positive workplace environment is to stay focused on the company's objectives and to also have fun in the workplace. Liz is usually wearing a smile! When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Business Development Manager, Jessica Taylor
Jessica Taylor is Business Development Manager for Rite Response Answering and Call Center Services. Jessica is responsible for new and old business development, marketing, sales and community outreach for Rite Response. In addition, Jessica is the owner of Affordable Language Solutions, a Rite Response strategic partner, and the liaison between the two companies.

Prior to joining Rite Response, Jessica worked in various areas of business development including; medical, legal, and small business ventures. She has been responsible in the past for startup business strategies supporting plastic surgeons, plastic surgery facilities, law firms, interior designers, and marketing firms.

A native of the Houston area, Jessica is active and supports several non - profit organizations including the Women's Business Enterprise Alliance, events committee and is currently Chairman of the Board of Bay Area Continuity of Care, where she has consecutively served as Fund Raising Chair, Vice President and President.

Kay Garcia Training Manager

Kay has a world of answering service experience which enables her to effectively manage our training department. She has helped to develop and implement training materials, policies and procedures. Kay’s inventive, analytical nature and attention to detail enables her to provide exceptional research and project analysis, when needed.

While not at work, Kay enjoys studying her family genealogy. She is a 7th generation Texan and has traced her heritage back to 1791 Prussia. Kay also has fun raising her Chihuahuas. She has two daughters.
