Better Business Bureau
Commends Rite Response Answering and Call Center Service Receives
Award for Excellence |

HOUSTON (May 12, 2009)-The Better Business
Bureau (BBB) of Greater Houston and South Texas on May 6 named Rite Response
Answering and Call Center Services a Winner of Distinction at its 2009 Awards
for Excellence event.
 The BBB's award program recognizes companies that maintain
superior commitments to ethics, overall excellence and quality. Rite Response
was commended in the business to business category.
 "At Rite

depended on our quality and professionalism for more than 20 years," said Rite
Response CEO Vonda Tackett. "We are very proud that the BBB has recognized the

 BBB Award for
Excellence winners are selected by a panel of independent judges based on their
assessments of questionnaires completed by applicants that explore each
company's ethics, commitment to customers, training and sales practices,
community service, complaint resolution process and other factors.
