In November of 2007, Rite Response will celebrate 20 years!

Vonda Tackett, President and CEO of Rite
Response |
 Steve Tackett, Rite Response Vice-President
and IT Specialist |
| Beginnings... |
It all started in 1987 with color coded customer
cards, hand written messages and a plastic turn wheel that broke the
fingernails of many an operator! Vonda Tackett had a vision to provide quality
answering and messaging services in an industry that many times was unable to
deliver. With the help and dedication of her mother, Jimmie Sanford, Rite
Response began and has since evolved into a five star, full service
center. |
| Serious Technology... |
Steve Tackett (Vonda's husband), joined Rite Response in 1999.
As vice-president he contributes greatly by managing the technology and
business infrastructure. |
| Building A Team... |
In addition, and through a very structured hiring process,
dedicated team members and managers have been added through the years who have
contributed greatly to the ongoing success of the company. |
| Meeting Your Needs Today... |
Rite Response is proud to serve some of the leading energy
companies, medical facilities and fortune 500 corporations as well as many
wonderful small and mid-sized businesses. |
Over the years, and under the same ownership, Rite Response has
undergone many changes, including a change of address. Previously located at
726 West 19th Street, in the Heights area of Houston, Rite Response, in 2001,
purchased their own building which is located at 730 North Loop, also in the
Heights. |
